This tiny DIY PC is perfect for learning and hacking
It packs a 32-bit PIC32 microcontroller, 128kB RAM, a 2.4GHz RF module, and a 4500mAh battery. The device is available for pre-order through Crowd Supply (a DIY-oriented crowdfunding site) with an expected delivery date later this summer. The full ELLO hardware kit can be had for $240, but a version without the prototyping space is $180. Since this is an open source project, the bare boards can be purchased for just $65.
