como "leer" los registros de un CI y poder hacer que haga X cosa

hola, quisiera ver la posivilidad que me ayuden una vez mas, resulta que tengo un integrado el cual requiero enviarle sierta información y para saber que informacion enviarle tengo que revisar la tabla de registros ó mas vien de dirección que tiene. el punto es que no se como es la interpretacion y como se deveria leer estas tablas, si alguien me puede orientar se los agradeceria mor millones. les dejo la tabla a interpretar.

es difícil saber, falta información, primero hay que plantear que pretendes hacer con ese integrado, por lo general en estos casos, siempre hay 2 tipos de registros: los de control y los de datos, para configurar el "dispositivo" hay que enviar una secuencia de información al integrado a través de los registros de control, el "dispositivo" lee las secuencias y responde ante cada una de ellas; el proceso para enviar/recibir datos es muy parecido.
